Office Manager Job Opening in los angeles, California - Office Manager DG Therapy Group Inc. has been providing early intervention and school based therapy services to children 0-21 years of age, for over eleven years. DG Therapy Group Inc. is a multidisciplinary and multicultural facility providing Physical, Speech and Occupational Therapy. We are currentlty seeking an Office Manger that is willing to learn and grow with the company. Office Managers primary responsibilities include: � Will be responsible for the smooth operation of the day-to-day business of the company. � Work closely with the company owners or partners to meet their company�s staffing, equipment, and organizational needs. � Will be responsible to meet company income goals and continue to grow company�s profit. � Report statistics on company�s productivity on a weekly or monthly basis as needed. � Review monthly billing before submitting to vendors. � Conducts recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, and externs; conducts new-employee orientations; writes and places advertisements. � Handles employee relations, including management coaching, counseling and exit interviewing. � Administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists in implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains employee handbook and policies and procedures manual. � Administers compensation program; monitors performance evaluation program and revises as necessary. � Performs benefits administration to include approving invoices for payment, and communicating benefit information to employees. � Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed. � Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment. � Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs. � Administers performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization. � Performs other related duties as required and assigned. Required Skills: � 3-5 years experience in managing/human resources � Excellent oral communication skills and interpersonal skills � Ability to communicate professionally with people at all levels of the organization and external contacts � Team player with strong work ethic � Strong time management and organizational skills � Solid decision making skills � Able to work independently with minimum supervision � Ability to take on projects to completion with a keen attention to detail � Proven problem solver and critical thinker who can identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions � Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) � Bilingual in English and Spanish � Knowledge in Medical billing: private insurance/ Medi-Cal Please Contact Diana Gutierrez for more information about the company, please visit our website at los angeles ca california
