Pre Sales Application Specialist Job Opening in Scottsdale, Arizona - Geometric/HCL Technologies is currently seeking a Direct Hire Pre Sales Application Specialist to Join our Team in Scottsdale, AZ.
Description:
This role is diverse and includes virtually all aspects of supporting worldwide reseller network and the marketing requirements for a leading CAM/CNC software application. The candidate will report to the VP of Sales & Marketing
Primary Tasks
Develop and provide demonstrations for CAMWorks CNC programming software
Develop and deliver Webinar presentations
Develop demonstration and support materials for our reseller community
Create videos, write blogs, and support social media content requirements
Assist in preparation of deliverables for new releases of CAMWorks
Qualifications :
Associates or Bachelors in a manufacturing or engineering field (preferred, but not required)
2 to 4 yrs. experience in CNC manufacturing, machining, etc.?
2 to 4 yrs. experience in CNC programming, 2.5 Axis or 3 Axis with an understanding of multi-axis and Mill-turn
Excellent presentation skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Requires good familiarity with Windows and MS Office applications
SolidWorks experience preferred
CAMWorks experience or similar CAM system experience preferred
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Must be able to work directly with customers in various situations
Ability to manage multiple tasks and long-term projects
Ability to travel up to 25%, including international when required
