Progressive family-owned, multi dealership automotive group seeks highly experienced luxury Automotive Brand Ambassador (current Automotive Sales Associate) for our newest SE Valley/Phoenix dealership. If you have current automotive sales experience, a demonstrated track record of top automotive sales and CSI, then consider joining our team of experienced automotive sales consultants who also share your vision for success. Automotive Sales Consultant Qualifications & Responsibilities:
Seeking Porsche automotive sales associate experience with Porsche certifications. In addition, we will consider local market candidates with current and demonstrated automotive sales consultant success from only the following luxury import brands: Lexus, Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Ferrari, Maserati, Lamborghini, Jaguar and Land Rover.
Engage hands on with clients to assist in new, certified and pre-owned luxury automotive sales. (Must have this automotive sales experience to apply-no exceptions)
Only EXPERIENCED luxury automotive sales professionals will be considered. (Absolutely no consideration will be given to anyone without current automotive sales experience, so do not apply without this - no exceptions.)
Applicants must possess a working knowledge of CRM systems (Reynolds & Reynolds preferred) and be able to self-manage their day to day sales plan activities.
Documented current / past sales volumes and PVR (Per Vehicle Retail) gross.
Demonstrated outstanding customer satisfaction (CSI) history, delivering a truly exceptional client experience each and every time.
Possess superior verbal and written communication, organizational and follow up skills
Friendly, non-pretentious, outgoing personality, positive attitude and a professional appearance.
Strong work ethic with integrity beyond reproach, impeccable credentials, technology-minded, process driven, tremendous attention to detail, high sense of urgency, & commitment to learn, train, and work as a sales team to achieve desired results.
