Must haves:
-Be able to deploy the J Levine system of rapport
-Be able to commit to the J Levine Phone sales system
-Be able to commit to the J Levine outside sales system
-Be passionate and love the job
-Be able to care more about people than the items they want to consign
-Be passionate to network with J Levine?s Target Market
-Be able to commit to continuously improving your selling skills
-Be dedicated to excellence
A sales day at J. Levine?s:
-Passionately and quickly follow up on the many provided J. Levine generated leads
-Network a minimum of 8 hours a week with referral partners that work with J Levine?s target market
-Attend appointments at prospect locations as quickly as possible
-Say no to poor quality items
-Say no to prospects with unrealistic expectations
-Daily goal of 3 or more appointments with prospects
-Daily goal of 2 or more contracts
Monthly goals at J. Levine?s:
-After 120 days ? Auction results from your sales efforts exceed $100K+ hammer (if you're not an auction buff we can explain what this means)
