Sales Team Administrative Assistant Job Opening in Milwaukee, Wisconsin - Sales Team Administrative Assistant**
The Sales Team Administrative Assistant, internally called Program Coordinator, is responsible for the administrative/data entry support and logistical coordination for the North American Sales team and the training programs they sell.
Major Duties of Position: **
Works closely with Inside Sales Representatives to ensure flawless program execution and backend support for clients.
Enters data into customer database (CRM) for training program participants and programs.
Coordinates Global Professional Instructor (GPI) travel arrangements for assigned programs.
Ships program supplies for assigned programs.
Opens and closes assigned program folders weekly.
Creates electronic Global Professional Instructor (GPI) travel and program folder.
Prints and ships all certificates, ID cards, etc.
Coordinates and executes assigned activities with program contracts.
Assists with general data entry and data hygiene as requested by Sales Team.
Coordinates travel requests from other assigned CPI personnel.
Other job related duties as necessary to carry out the responsibilities of this position.
Work Relationships and Scope: ** Reports directly to the VP of Sales Operations. This position interacts with the Inside Sales Team, the Support Services Customer Service Team and the Global Professional Training Team on a daily basis.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: ** Requires a high school diploma plus at least 2 years of experience in an office setting in a data role or a college degree and some office experience. Experience required in data entry, being part of a team, paying attention to detail, ability to multitask/manage several projects at one time, and demonstrating strong organizational skills. Must be computer literate including experience working in a CRM/database and in Excel. Must demonstrate proven typing skills.
Job Conditions/Work Location: ** Work is performed largely in a casual office environment. Generally a 40-45 hour work week. There will be some variation in work due to special projects, deadlines, and other concerns.
