Operations Auditor Job Opening in Denver, Colorado - Position Overview: Execute operations audit and assess company operations, processes, compliance and other associated risks. Identify opportunities for improving business processes, based on audit outcomes, to minimize risks. Prepare and present quality reports of audit findings and recommendations to management.
Essential Job Functions:
Pull daily reports and send out in spreadsheet form
Audit all aspects of warehouse operations, including order pulling, receiving, material handling, etc. against set procedures and rules.
Process Training on all aspects of warehouse management system
Communicate with warehouse operators and management on audit findings orally or in writing.
Create audit reports using Excel
Requirements:
Distribution experience***
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)* *
Inventory Control experience preferred*
Other Skills/Requirements:
Good verbal and written communication skills
Work well independently, self-starter
Strong organizational and math skills
Ability to work with little or no supervision
Strong math skills
