Job Description:
This role requires a mix of leading and coaching for sales results, sales tracking and personnel duties, excellent communication skills; listening, speaking and writing, as well as a desire to continue to develop professionally and personally. This person will work closely with an experienced team and must be agile and nimble in actions and engagements. The ability to flow, adjust and grow will be key to success.
Responsibilities:
Management and team leadership skills and experience.
The ability to be led and open to learning.
Proven history of success in sales.
Energy and motivation in leading the team to increased performance.
Working with existing staff to refine coaching and training processes.
Tracking individual, team and campaign performance.
Working with and reporting to management.
Confident and skilled in written, verbal and non-verbal communications.
Strong computer skills; typing, email, spreadsheets, internet research, etc.
Efficient organizational and documentation skills.
Flexibility and enthusiasm in managing for what comes, quick changes and new situations.
Conflict resolution; dealing with emotional responses and ego issues among team, without reacting through personal emotions, through ego or power plays.
Respect for current processes while seeking to improve and advance overall work flow.
Working with sales team and managers to keep training material and processes current.
Managing a team within HR guidelines and professional boundaries.
Engaging in agreed upon events and networking opportunities that contribute to professional development and the success of ABT.
Love of laughter, good coffee and delicious office snacks.
