NLMK USA is looking for a Applications Developer in our Corporate Services / Information Technology Department for the Farrell, Pennsylvania location (NLMK Pennsylvania). Job Responsibility :
The Applications Developer position supports our Oracle ERP application. This position will be involved in business analysis, software development activities, interacting with stakeholders, following SDLC processes, highlighting issues / risks on timely basis and continuously improving development processes. These activities maintain NLMK USA?s Enterprise Systems which supports order management, financials, purchasing and the manufacturing processes.
Job Duties:
Document change requirements and technical specifications.
Perform code development, code debugging, and peer code reviews.
Execute unit and / or peer unit testing
Support integration testing
Provide post production release support.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Bachelor?s degree in related field or Associate?s degree equivalent with related experience
5 years? work experience in an enterprise development environment with experience advanced in applications and PL/SQL.
Ability to analyze complex business process and translate them into software specifications
Demonstrated experience with system integration and interface development
Adherence to the principles of SDLC
Demonstrated ability to independently develop process and database structures in a complex environment
Preferred Skills:
Experience in steel processing or manufacturing industry
