Software Engineer Job Opening in Butler, Pennsylvania - We are currently seeking a Software Engineer on our Data Warehouse team to work on critical business applications for processing and analyzing large datasets, process enhancements, and ETL movement tasks to support the business. This opening is for a full time position at AdTheorent, a mobile advertising business.
We require that you:
Must be proficient in Python, C#, and/or Java.
Design, code, and test internally built data management applications.
Ability to develop solutions from idea to implementation.
Comfortable working with relational databases and writing SQL.
Enjoy working with datasets measured in terabytes.
Write documentation for technical and business use.
Interested in learning and working with new technologies.
Are comfortable wearing t-shirts and jeans to work.
Have the ability to work well with anyone and everyone.
Be Awesome.
Bonus points for:
Knowledge of distributed computing.
Familiar with Amazon Web Services (Redshift, S3, EC2).
Experience with:
Apache Spark
Linux Environments
