Supply Chain Analyst reports to the Director of Supply chain E-Commerce.
Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for management of the Supply Chain ERP Item and vendor master records.
Provides management guidance to assigned staff to ensure accurate data records. Works in coordination with Enterprise Business Solutions to enhance system processes.
Responsible for documentation in regards to ERP Supply Chain master data records.
Requirements:
Requires completion of a Bachelor?s degree.
Minimum of five (5) years of related work experience preferably in materials management and or accounts payable.
Advance knowledge of Excel and Access, merging files, data cleansing, project manager.
Ability to analyze data and inventory of sku's and summarize data using pivot tables.
Requires knowledge of Supply Chain ERP systems as normally obtained through work experience.
Must have strong knowledge of SAP and advanced knowledge of computer equipment, automated accounts payable and purchasing systems, as well as Supply Chain and Accounting principles.
Knowledge of Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory Management, Invoicing and EDI is required.
Must also possess a basic understanding of the healthcare industry, as well as a strong knowledge of how MMIS applications enhance the daily business practices of the organization.
Must have strong analytical ability necessary to solve Supply Chain computer operating problems.
