Summary:
Under thegeneral direction of the Assistant Vice President of Finance, the Director of Financial Reporting leads the members of the Finance Team in financialreporting process, financial analytics/modeling, revenue management, strategic analytics, and overall financial analysis for CCMC.
This position will provide communication necessary to inform leadership on key metrics for financial data, financial analysis, volume data, and trend analyses.
The Director of Financial Reporting will manage and establish sound processes and procedures in alignment with GAAP, internal auditing standards and all other applicable state and federal regulations, while maintaining strong support for the organization on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications:
Two years minimum in a medical center setting.
Bachelor's Degreerequired in , Management, Statistics, or similar field, Master's degree (MA, MS, MBA or MHA) or CPApreferred.
3-5years management experiencerequired.
Demonstrated ability to analyze, prioritize and problem solve.
Must have high level of proficiency with computer applications i.e. Excel, Access, PowerPoint, including graphing and complex formulas often linking multiple Excel worksheets.
