Medical Receptionist Job Opening in Yorkville, Illinois - Need a customer focused individual that work in a fast paced, ever changing environment. Office hours are 7am-6pm Mon-Fri and 8-12 on Sat. Will work open or closing shift with rotating Saturdays.
must be comfortable using computers and learning a medical record system. Prior healthcare experience a plus.
This job is not for everyone. You must be able to to remain calm. You must not be a push-over. You must be able to think on your feet and problem solve. When people's kids are sick they can be demanding and unpleasant. It is your job to calm them and work with towards a solution.
