The Customer Experience Representative role offers a unique opportunity to work with a variety of departments and positively impact our clients and our company. This is a dynamic position, combining aspects of account and project management, customer success, and technical support.
We will work together to build and advance the processes and systems that define great organizations. We will work together with all members of the team deliver an outstanding customer experience at every touch point. You will learn a variety of skills that are transferable throughout the tech industry.
What you?ll do:
Manage new accounts assisting with the onboarding and implementation process
Assist clients with technical issues and work with the Product Team to defining and refine key features
Consult with our customers on best practices for their industry
Work cross functionally with other departments including Marketing, Sales, QA, and Design
What we?re looking for:
Distinguished academic performance (GPA of 3.75 or higher)
Interpersonal skills commensurate with the nature of this customer-facing position
Clear, exceptional drive to succeed both as an individual and a team member
