Home Health Sales Representative (Care Coordinator) Job Opening in Mobile, Alabama - ProHealth Home Health is currently looking for intelligent and driven Care Coordinators to help grow our company?s rapidly expanding home health business in the Fairhope and Mobile markets. Successful candidates must be aggressive, resourceful and enjoy working in a highly competitive environment. We prefer candidates with established relationships in the healthcare community with a focus on home health and/or hospice. Care Coordinator job duties include:
Call on physicians, nurses, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, discharge planners, social workers, and case managers within an assigned territory to promote our home health services.
Build and maintain client relationships.
Prepare business plans and maintain target lists. Prioritize accounts in accordance with the market sales plan.
Gather and organize account-related information and provide input on key customer opportunities, service line extensions and proposal or contract pricing.
