We are seeking Part Time Recruiters who would like to work from their home office. This is a part time position . As a Recruiter, you will be placing outbound calls to healthcare professionals to let them know about great career opportunities. This is NOT a sales call, nor are you asking people to "sign up" for anything.
The successful candidate for this position would have the ability to effectively communicate information and concepts by phone and be able to assess initial interest in the available job opportunities as provided by our clients.
Requirements:
Have a clear speaking voice & be comfortable on the phone
Be reliable and also flexible
Possess a positive, team spirited approach to their work, colleagues, and supervisors
Have basic computer skills
Have the ability to manage time and responsibilities effectively and independently in the at-home work environment.
Utilize a designated workspace as a home office
Previous customer service experience required
Work from Home Office Requirements:
Must have access to a PC with Windows 7, 8 or 10.
Appropriate USB headset with microphone
High-Speed internet access (not DSL).
What we offer:
$13 per hour.
Monday through Thursday evening shifts
Shifts are 4:00pm ? 8:00pm/9:00pm MST mainly but can occasionally change
