Automotive Sales Associate Job Responsibilities:
Master the 12 Steps to Auto Sales
Outbound & Inbound Sales Calls- Schedule Appointments
Spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options
Gain in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology, stay up to date on the newest trends
Complete basic quotes and explain financing/leasing options for new/used cars
Follow up with prospective customers and return email/voicemail's
Support on-line customers be selling appointments
Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads
Provide excellent customer service from start to finish of the sale process
