Essential Functions:
Acknowledge customers in a friendly and helpful manner
Handle all transactions courteously and professionally
Determine customer needs based on personal features and other customer preference related factors
Demonstrate knowledge of store products, programs and services to build sales
Suggest additional merchandise to compliment customer profile
Maintain a professional attitude and enthusiasm reflecting Company's commitment to the customer
Be proficient in POS systems
Assist customers in all aspects of service and have the ability to figure out what's right for them
Regular, dependable attendance & punctuality
Qualifications:
: Prefer experience in retail sales and/or customer service.
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate with others, interpret store training and operational documents such as safety and procedure manuals. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical Skills: Basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
Physical Demands: This position involves constant moving and standing. Involves standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve reaching, kneeling and crouching, and climbing ladders.
Other Skills: Must be able to function as part of a team, have a strong sense of urgency, enjoy interacting with customers and willingness to learn.
Work Hours: Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.
Must be 21 years of age
