Sales Development Representative Job Opening in Tucson, Arizona - Description:
Enthusiastic sales reps sought for growing local company specializing in computers, managed IT services, web design and development, for businesses and homes. With a base pay and generous commission structure, combined with our unique Career Readiness Program (CRP) you will become as successful as you choose.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Your main role is to support sales staff and technical staff with proposals, pricing, client education and targeted marketing
Setting appointments for current sales staff with current and new clients
Mainly B2B sales including professional presentations
Sales to residential and of our current business clients
Prepare bids and proposals to support our sales staff
Responsible for customer satisfaction reviews through follow-up processes
Develop excellent business relationships through networking
Must provide superb customer service and satisfaction, holding to company philosophy of treating our clients with the utmost respect
You will be groomed to become a full-time advisor which you may obtain in 6 to 12 months or earlier. All depends on your attitude, drive, passion and effort
Preferred Job Requirements:
Associate's Degree (Bachelor Preferred) in Sales/Marketing or related field. Will consider equivalent Sales/Marketing experience
Candidate should also be proficient with Technology
High energy self-starter that can excel in a fast paced environment with little supervision
Thrives on commission atmosphere. Understands relationship between work/commission
Passionate, charismatic person who excels at building lasting business relationships, and has growth of company in mind
Strong negotiating skills with ability to overcome objections and ask open-ended questions
Gross Department Sales
.5% of gross sales (not including monthly contractual sales) per full time advisor is pooled to be bonus at end of month
