DESCRIPTION
The Accounting Analyst will assist the Financial Reporting & Analysis Manager with the financial reporting to the parent company and the FDA management team.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES
Preparation of the accounting submissions to the parent company for all entities.
MGT submissions for Actual Results, Forecasts and Budgets including base financial statements with accompanying supplemental schedules for cash, headcount, capital expenditures, provisional reports and other supplemental reports as needed.
Support the Month-end closing and Annual Budgeting processes for all entities within the company. This will include providing financial support to local management of the specific units/branches within the company
Submission of Weekly Order & Cash Reporting for all FDA ?One Team? entities.
Other ad hoc projects set forth by Finance and Operations management.
Reconciliation and tracking of all capital and lease spending as it relates to projects, including the coordination of the capital expenditure requests and lease requests forms approval process with the parent Company.
Responsible for maintaining all financial reports and ensuring these reports tie to the consolidated reports.
Assist the Financial Reporting & Analysis Manager to prepare monthly information for operating results review meetings.
Reconciliation of all inter-company transactions between manufacturing plants, service branches, and foreign operations in the financial system as well as to the MGT submissions.
Execute other duties as assigned by the Financial Reporting & Analysis Manager.
Responsible for the reconciliation of a separate administrative unit reporting.
Assist as directed, to perform system financial maintenance and account mapping maintenance and process improvements.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree in a Accounting/Finance related discipline preferred..
Minimum two years of applicable Accounting and Financial Reporting experience.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
