As a growth oriented company, we are looking for experienced Sales Support / Quotations Specialists to join our sales team supporting Key Account Managers. The ideal candidate will be experienced in supporting a sales team in a high growth, high energy environment. You will be responsible to increase our closing rates with the goal of contributing significantly in sustaining and growing our business.
Responsibilities:
Supporting the sales organization by preparing quotes that maximize value for the customer
Following up directly with customers on behalf of sales to ensure that quotes are not aging
Communicating customer expectations to the sales organization
Following up with ?outbound? calls and from various lead activities and monitoring high quality leads
Functioning as a key participant in sales negotiations with major customers in closing sales
Developing forecasting plans
Capabilities:
Understanding of the manufacturing process of custom parts, including but not limited to Injection Molding, CNC and Advanced Manufacturing (3D printing)
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers at multiple levels within the customer?s organization
Knowledge of consultative sales approach and closing techniques
Advanced verbal communication skills
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a timely and accurate manner
Education and Experience:
Post-Secondary ? technical engineering, or related CAD/CAM design manufacturing
Relevant custom parts manufacturing and industry knowledge is preferred
2 - 5+ years? experience in a similar role
