Café Liv and Wellness is looking for new faces to join our expanding company as customer service and sales representatives. The customer service and sales representative role will act as an overall support to everyday company practices.
This individual is responsible for assisting patients with any troubles or inquiries that they might have. As a customer service associate you must possess a friendly, patient and personable attitude. This is a full-time position in Detroit, MI.
Duties:
- Greeting and checking in patients
- Filing and data entry
- Familiar with Microsoft Office programs
- Prepare and package products
- Answering and making phone calls
- Stocking and inventory
- Patient sales
Qualifications:
- Experience in medical marijuana industry preferred but not required
- MUST be MMMP certified
- A thorough understanding of medical marijuana products and laws
- Must have own transportation
