Administrative Assistant Job Opening in Sacramento, California - We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. The ability to multi-task is essential in this position. The ideal is resourceful, a good problem solver and highly organized. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position. Strong computer skills are required.
This position will report to the CFO and General Counsel.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
1. At least five (5) years? experience in general office responsibilities and procedures.
2. Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
3. Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency.
4. Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
5. Exceptional communication skills.
6. Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner.
Salary is commensurate with experience.
