What will you do:
Attend client calls, manage customer expectations.
Drive communication that leads to an appointment set up.
Coordinate application of patients? insurance benefits for certain services when applicable
Drive the communication coordinating services between student and therapist and leads to clear understanding of appointment times and commitment to recurring sessions
Drive communication that facilitates business sales and development with educational entities and healthcare entities
Focus on having customers- educational entities- understand our full suite of available service offerings, foster communication that will lead to renewal of contracts and increased sales.
Be the ongoing support go-to for any scheduling needs, ensuring consistent ongoing schedule and therapy services.
Client success is measured by customer retention, consumption and sale of additional services. Facilitate a support structure that our customers receive the best possible service
Smart with application of technology tools-practice management application, google docs and drive share-has effective communication and organization.
Consistently produce results
Support billing, accounting practices, use of Quickbooks
What are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
1 - 2 years of office admin and customer service experience ideally in healthcare or education space
Past successes with use of technology tools to drive productivity
Ability to successfully balance a wide variety of daily tasks and adjust priorities

Strong self-motivation, dedicated to growing services and reaching as many clients as possible
Flexibility and adaptability - ability to quickly adjust to changing conditions and maintain a high performance standard

This is part time position. Potential for full time based on performance
