Signarama is a locally owned full service sign center. We use the latest technology and the highest quality products to produce custom signage needs for our customers including signs, banners, vehicle applications and promotional items.
As our Client Account Sales Specialist you will drive new and existing business opportunities by being the connection between customers and their signage needs.
In this position, you will receive the training necessary in order to be responsible for supporting various account activities and managing the customer sign needs. You will partner with the Signarama design team to ensure that all client initiatives are executed accurately and flawlessly.
The ideal candidate will enjoy introducing new clients to our services while ensuring that we support our existing clients by matching their needs with our extensive line of products. You should understand the importance of a friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills and an understanding of the Signarama?s products and capabilities. The ideal applicant will have experience in sales and be accustomed to managing multiple client needs simultaneously.
Responsibilities
Identify and prospect potential clients.
Identify additional needs and opportunities for our existing customer base.
Handle customer service inquiries or requests
Monitor the clients order and production process.
Ensure timely and accurate communication.
Promoting the organization at various trade events and gatherings.
Qualifications
2 years in a successful Sales and/or marketing position.
Strong proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote required).
Must have exceptional oral AND written communication skills
Associate preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to make quality decisions
Requires working knowledge of modern technology (computers, tablets, mobile phones, etc.)
