Job Summary: The Teller performs paying, receiving, and related customer transactions. This position's focus is on timely, accurate transaction processing while delivering Superior Customer Service. The Teller identifies customer product and service needs and cross sells and refers sales opportunities to the New Account Specialist, Relationship Manager or Branch Manager. The Teller may act as backup for the branch New Accounts Specialist. The Teller assists the Assistant Manager or Senior Teller in the completion of special projects. Other responsibilities may include: Occasionally provide staffing assistance to other Bank branch locations. May need to work Saturdays when needed. Perform notary duties for effective office operations as deemed necessary. Open/close office as necessary. Requirements: ? High School Diploma or GED. ? At least 6 months recent cash handling or direct teller experience. ? Reasonable PC skills to include familiarity with Microsoft Suite. ? Good written, verbal, and electronic (telephone and e-mail) communication skills. ? Competency in math, including knowledge of basic computations. ? Must possess the hand-eye coordination to effectively handle cash and operate a teller terminal, teller machine and 10-key (by sight). ? Flexibility working hours to include a Saturday schedule. ? Ability to present a professional image; work with public and co-workers in a diplomatic and positive manner. ? Knows and complies with relevant portions of PCB's Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), OFAC, USA Patriot Act and PCB's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) guidelines. ?
