Client Concierge Job Opening in Youngstown, Ohio - Meridian HealthCare, a large non-profit integrated healthcare agency with over 260 employees and 12 locations in the Youngstown/Warren, Ohio area, is searching for an individual in recovery for our Client Concierge position to join our Assessment Team. This individual will provide support to clients, family members, and Meridian visitors. Supports offered by this staff member include education on 12-Step Support Groups, the disease of addiction, how to access internal and external community resources, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma required, education in Office Practices and/or one year customer service/multi-line phone experience preferred. Must be able to multi-task, pay attention to detail, and have good organizational skills.
