Executive Director/ Administrator Job Opening in Topsham, Maine - Seeking qualified Executive Director to oversee and manage a premier senior living community (cottages, independent living, assisted living and memory care) on a 100-acre campus in the MidCoast responsibilities include:
Continue to build a world class amenity based lifestyle balancing the needs of a diverse community
Lead management team and oversee day-to-day operations of the community.
Create and maintain programs and services to maintain and enhance resident independence and satisfaction.
Develop and implement an annual strategic business plan that achieves the financial and occupancy goals.
Manage the delivery of services for the independent cooperative ownership community.
Participate and support the sales and marketing efforts.
Practice fiscal, environmental and cultural sustainability.
We seek the following principal qualifications:
Five years of Director experience in a senior housing/campus, including cooperative home ownership
Bachelor's degree in healthcare, gerontology, business or related field preferred but not required.
Ability to interpret financial statements and manage a budget.
Significant marketing and public speaking experience is a plus
