Healthcare Recruiter Job Opening in Draper, Utah - The national recruitment position contemplates a full-time, permanent in-house recruiting function with responsibilities that include:
1) Contacting nurse practitioners, physician assistants and CRNA's to assess their interest and availability to accept permanent and/or temporary work assignments (Locum Tenens)
2) Sourcing candidates using social media, specific job boards, Internet, Email and texting campaigns, Referrals and the telephone
3) Discuss specific work location opportunities and be able to persuade potential healthcare practitioners to accept assistnments
4) Negotiate contracts
5) Resolve conflict and problem solve
6) Work independently but in a collaborate teamwork environment

Salary: $35,000.00 to $45,000.00 /year
