GP Technical Advisor Job Opening in Fargo, North dakota - Looking for a CPA to provide professional technical consulting. Will consider people with the right credentials to work remotely. Seeking someone who can support and trouble-shoot Dynamics GP, Wennsoft, JC Management Reporter, FRx, SQ, Intergration Manager, Scribe, CRM, Binary, MS Office. Would like people with an accounting focus who have consulted on ERP in the past.
Primary Responsibilities: Provide technical support to new & existing with software installs and with overall new customer & follow best practices for case in training and mentoring of in training with developers as needed on tough & support new 3rd party products as they are added to the product and support tool developed by team.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements : Bachelor degree in Accounting, MIS, Management or related field. Will consider other fields such as Oracle, NetSuite, 2 years of MS Dynamics GP support to handle & balance multiple cases/tasks at a customer service skills with the goal of building long term and lasting relationships with case ownership and ability to drive trouble shooting and overall support writing and presentation have a sense of urgency, and high level of accuracy in one's importantly must be high energy, exceptionally positive, and detail-oriented with the ability to self manage one's work.
This position is located in Hawley, MN, although they will consider someone remote if they have the right credentials. This position comes with an above average compensation package. Salary range is $70,000-$100,000 depending on level of consulting experience and knowledge.
