Payroll Specialist Job Opening in West Fargo, North dakota - Payroll Express, Inc. in West Fargo is a rapidly growing payroll and human resource company that uniquely serves many local area small businesses. We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our team. The position will provide payroll support/direction to clients and employees with the purpose of supporting business initiatives and enhancing business performance. Responsibilities include implementation of payroll including payroll processing, record and pay taxes, child support, and garnishments, create ACH files and send to the bank, process client payments, create monthly statements, prepare quarterly reports and prepare W-2?s, and reconcile bank accounts. The Payroll Specialist must have a strong attention to detail and have experience in a professional office environment, experience in payroll and accounting are required.
