Assistant General Manger Job Opening in Valley City, North dakota - The assistant manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of Bridges Bar and Grill. They oversee all employees and assists General Manager. In addition, they assist with inventory and ordering of supplies and dealing with vendors. Also, monitoring of food and labor cost. The assistant manager reports to the General Manager.
Job Requirements and Essential Functions:
High School Diploma or GED
1-3 years supervisory experience in either a food or retail environment preferred but will train
Must be at least 18 years old
Must have reliable transportation
Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong skills
