Clinical Quality Analyst Job Opening in San Antonio, Texas - Texas Organ Sharing Alliance (TOSA) is a , not-for-profit organization serving 56 counties in Central and South Texas. The Clinical Quality Analyst will support the organization?s quality initiatives through quality assurance of documentation collected in TOSA?s electronic donor management system. This position audits donor case charts and organ referral documentation for accuracy and completeness based on regulatory standards and TOSA protocols. The CQA supports the Quality Services department to ensure compliance and promote accuracy of referral information.
Requirements:
RN, critical care experience preferred
Demonstrates knowledge and applies skills pertaining to computer technology, data management, documentation, and flow of information in the health care and, particularly, the organ donation and allocation.
Must have knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, terminology and procedures in healthcare and quality.
Excellent written and oral communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively with organizational staff.
