Responsibilities of the Sales Representative:
Greet and assist customers as they shop for used cars
Meet weekly, monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Learn how products work and how to explain sales process to customers.
Suggest applicable and relevant upsells to help customers walk out the door with everything they need.
Willingness to work from alternate store locations when needed
Have availability to work in business hours.
Qualifications of the Sales Representative:
Speak fluent English and Spanish.
No prior sales experience necessary
The sales representative must be attentive and possess a willingness to learn
High school diploma
