Sales Associate Job Opening in East Rutherford, New jersey - UFC GYM East Rutherford has a part-time opportunity available for strong sales professionals who are passionate about health and fitness, and who will be primarily responsible for helping prospective members reach their goals through gym enrollment and private coaching. The Candidates must be self motivated, goal oriented, outgoing and personable, and have a successful track record in selling quality and valued services. These positions are expected to source leads through outbound calling, participation in external marketing events, and through grassroots marketing.
Responsibilities
Achieve weekly and monthly goals in Lead Generation, Scheduled Appointments, New Member Sales, Electronic Funds Transfer, Merchandise Sales, and Point of Sale Private Coaching.
Assist in the development of local, and in the execution of corporate, marketing campaigns designed to increase brand awareness and generate guest traffic within the gym.
Position will include outside prospecting, leading external marketing events, calling and conducting tours for prospective members, and developing grassroots marketing campaigns. It will also entail developing professional relationships with existing members, which will aid in membership retention, customer service, private coaching and merchandise sales, and guest referrals.
Qualifications
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of sales practices and techniques.
General understanding of Fitness Industry.
Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Independent, self-starter with strong organizational skills.
Must be a team player.
High School Diploma or GED required.
1-2 years sales experience preferred
