Sales Representative Job Opening in Charlotte, North carolina - South Charlotte Hyundai has an immediate opening for an Automotive Sales Consultant in our dealership's sales department. As one of the largest volume Hyundai dealers in the state of North Carolina, we need additional sale consultants to help us increase our already unprecedented growth! South Charlotte Hyundai is a fun, team-based work environment, with excellent pay and benefits. This is a sales position offering a potential $70,000+/year income with a 2000 per month starting draw.
Auto Sales Representative - Job Responsibilities:
Approach, greet, and offer assistance to prospective buyers in the showroom or on the dealership lot
Explain vehicle features, options, and technology, highlighting benefits to the customer
Consult with customer to determine subprime financing options, including purchase price, monthly payment, and down payment
Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery
Establish personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devise a strategy to meet those goals
Attend sales meetings, participate in training courses, and obtain product certification
Necessary Qualifications:
Must be able to work full time (40+ hours per week)
Must be available to work shifts during dealership hours of operation:
Monday through Saturday 9am - 8pm
Sunday( every other ) 12-5
Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communications skills
Experienced and comfortable interacting with the public in a customer service oriented environment
Submit to and successfully complete pre-employment screening and testing, including, but not limited to: driving record check, background check, and pre-employment drug test
Prior dealership sales, customer service, or general sales experience preferred. Training will be provided to the right candidate.
