Inside Sales Job Opening in Wilmington, North carolina - Coverbind is looking for a true salesperson who actually loves to sell. We are looking for four Wilmington, NC based Inside Sales Representatives to support our US sales team. This team is tasked with delivering the company?s growth, new business and revenue targets, while maintaining our industry-leading customer satisfaction levels.

Someone that can handle a large volume of outbound calls without getting discouraged with hearing ?not interested at this time?
A strong communicator (written and verbal English)
Ability to build and maintain relationships within organizations and demonstrate a passion for customers and prospects alike
Experienced in Microsoft Office and CRM?s
Good organizational skills and ability to plan but also task switch frequently
Very outcomes focused while maintaining an overview of the detail
Works very collaboratively with others (both individuals and teams)
Coverbind provides a great place to work and will train extensively. We can train you on our products and services but we can?t train you to be a hunter?you need to bring that to the table. Lead generation lists are provided regularly.

This is a full-time position a base salary of $30,000/year and the potential for $10,000/year in commissions. We would also work with the right candidate to accommodate a part-time schedule. In addition to the competitive salary and commission program, Coverbind offers premium health benefits, profit sharing, a 401K program, and a four day workweek.
