Summary Description:
The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for maintaining the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner, in accordance with established policies and procedures and as directed by the Maintenance Director or designee.
Skills/Knowledge:
At a minimum, must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Any combination of experience and training which provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities. Must have a reliable source of transportation. Must have a valid driver?s license and automobile insurance. Must be highly motivated and able to work in a fast paced environment with excellent communication and organizational skills.
