Job Description : While long term opportunities vary, short term needs include, but are not limited to: assist in the conduct of element and/or system level analysis; modeling and simulation ; and development, test and analysis of advanced radar systems.
Activities include MATLAB-level phenomenological modeling, subsystem simulation, and development of associated analysis tools. Candidates familiar with basic radar engineering signal processing techniques and modern software engineering, open systems design are desired.
Required Qualifications :
Entry Level - BS in engineering from an accredited degree program; must have or be able to obtain a security clearance; must be a US citizen
Mid- Level - BS in engineering from an accredited degree program; radar system analysis experience; analysis tool-building experience; must have or be able to obtain a security clearance; must be a US citizen
Desired Qualifications : The ideal candidate will possess the following :
Entry Level - MS or BS EE with emphasis on radar technologies, signal processing orcommunications
Mid Level - MS or BS EE with emphasis on radar technologies, signal processing or communications; acquisition, tracking and/or discrimination algorithm development; waveform design and analysis; pulse data analysis; RCS Modeling; MATLAB coding experience; experience w/ GMD/BMDS systems, BMDS radar systems, radar simulation test, and/or radar metrics preferred
All Levels - Strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent organizational, time management and analytical skills; attention to detail in rapidly changing environment; ability to comprehend complex technical, process or product relationships; efficient self-starter that takes ownership of and accountability for deliverables; ability to forge strong partnerships amongst various work groups
