Midland Scientific is currently looking for a Sales Support Specialist who is also available to assist our Warehouse. We?re looking for somebody who can interact with our customers via phone and email to provide information in response to their inquires about products & services, process orders, and resolve complaints. In addition, support the warehouse by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments, prepare items for shipping, and deliver orders. Schedule for this position is M-F, regular business hours.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of customer service experience preferred
1-3 years experience working in a laboratory preferred
Bachelor?s degree in Biology of Chemistry preferred
Previous exposure to warehouse environment a plus, but not required
Excellent communicator and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude with a customer focused mindset
Shows initiative and enjoys working as a team
Strong ability to work independently
Excellent driving record
Ability to safely lift 80 pounds

Salary: $15.00 to $20.00 /hour
