Accountant Job Opening in Saddle Brook, New jersey - Seeking Accountant with in-depth experience in all accounting functions including A/P, A/R, Payroll, budgeting and variance analysis, etc.
Qualified candidates must have or be:
Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
Excellent oral and written communication
Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise or higher, or equivalent software platform
Process oriented. Able to see business transactions as processes which include an accounting component. Able to create accounting processes with checks and balances to insure accuracy and timeliness.
Self-starter and a team player
Extremely detail oriented
Ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines
Responsibilities:
Be able to perform all accounting functions
Develop and run reports to monitor functions with an eye to improving accuracy, timeliness, and ability to track transactions
Run reports on key financial performance markers, develop forecasts, and variance analyses Monitor client credit ratings and terms
Communicate in a professional manner with clients regarding billing issues
Insure all procedures are adhered to
