National Sales Marketer - Health Insurance Job Opening in Norfolk, Nebraska - Summary
This position receives a Base Salary of $32,000 plus Monthly Incentive Pay when certain goals are met. In this position, employees recruit prospective insurance agents and service currently contracted agents by providing them with the highest level of customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Calls prospective customers in designated market area to qualify leads and explain type of services or products offered.
- Informs current and prospective customers of current promotions and new or upgraded products.
- Provide a high level of support for all existing customers.
- Follows up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
- Helps develop established scripts to use when calling prospects.

Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); prior experience preferred but not required.
Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in person, over the phone and in writing.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit;reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
