Job Brief
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. This person will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales main goal of this position is to generate maximum revenue for the company. You will find and close new clients, manage client accounts, and assist with the development of new marketing and sales strategies. This includes new sales strategies, sales pitches, and business plans.
Responsibilities
Finding and following new sales leads
Identifying sales and services that would appeal to new clients
Arranging business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective clients
Meet revenue goals through sales activities
Developing ways to improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty
Conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs
Promote the company?s products/services addressing or predicting clients? objectives
Prepare sales contracts
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
Requirements
2-5 years experience as business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
Proven sales track record (quotas exceeded)
Self-motivated and self-directed
Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories
Works well with limited resources
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Time management and planning skills
Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
Bachelor?s in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Preferred
Experience working in a marketing agency preferred
Experience in customer support is preferred
