Digital Sales Manager Job Opening in Tuscaloosa, Alabama - GateHouse Media/Propel Marketing offers full-service digital marketing agency services and we have been growing steadily since launching Propel Marketing in . Our core focus is in helping clients better manage their digital presence and online marketing strategy. From display advertising on our owned & operated newspaper sites and through audience extension to social media management, SEO and SEM, and all of our other digital solutions that assure that our client's marketing dollars are working for them.
We are looking for a Digital Sales Managers who will have direct accountability for growing digital revenue for our GateHouse Media properties and driving results for customers. This opportunity balances both direct & sales teaming, digital sales strategy and support, rep management, and sales training across our GHM properties and field teams, with the singular focus of growing digital sales in your assigned region.

What You Have:
5 or more years of driving digital sales and ideally 2-3 years of sales management experience
Deep understanding of the digital advertising space
Collaborative working style who can inspire a team to drive toward a common goal
Ability to coach, mentor and motivate others
Passionate about driving customer results

Key responsibilities include:
Driving your assigned region's total digital sales with a heavy focus on Propel sales
Managing a consistent and predictable digital bookings through strong pipeline management of reps in your assigned region
Provide weekly reporting pipeline management from your team
Develop market strategies and sales plans to drive digital across your region
Communicate new digital products, best practices and features/benefits across all our digital offerings
Review local market partners sales systems and procedures to streamline sales productivity
Continually learn new products, industry trends and personally accountable to supply solution-based selling skills and high value market engagement
Help sales reps and markets identify top targets and schedule teaming programs to drive sales
Travel within assigned territory to drive digital sales with all sales reps in the region
Work closely with local sales leadership to maximize sales
Help develop packaging and bundle programs along with local sales leadership with traditional media solutions
Work closely with Propel Marketing leadership on overall sales strategy within each assigned market
