Solid technical leadership, motivational, interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Able to target individuals, teams, or leaders to facilitate, organize, train.
Strong working knowledge of project management methods, processes and tools
Working general IT system technical knowledge for various platform environments
Strong working knowledge of scope and change management, scheduling and resource management and conflict resolution
Working understanding of networking, firewalls, mainframe and midrange systems architectures and technologies
Successful track record of effectively managing multiple simultaneous technical projects to completion
Experience driving IT related projects which may involve full-stack planning and teams
Ability to communicate with all levels of organization
Ability to facilitate discussions, identify, analyze and resolve issues
Ability to meet deadlines, schedules and budgeted costs
Able to work independently
Enthusiastic, self-motivated, results-driven individual
Excellent customer service skills
Expert knowledge of ALM (Application Lifecycle Management), SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle), Agile, and/or DevOps concepts, tools, strategies, patterns, models, and methods
Bachelor's Degree and at least 6+ years of experience in technology projects (equivalent combination of education and experience may qualify)
