Account Support Specialist Job Opening in Natick, Massachusetts - Long Term Solutions is an industry leader in providing care management and care coordination services for long term care insurance companies. As a member of the Healthcare Innovation division of Almost Family, Long Term Solutions performs over 60,000 on-site assessments per year, while providing its clients with the highest level of customer service.
We are seeking a full-time Account Support Specialist to work in our Administrative Department. Although this is an entry level position, we strive to promote from within and create opportunities for successful candidates to grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities :
on-site assessments to the LTS database;
productivity standard in accordance with hours worked;
quality standard at 95% or better;
appropriate resources to ensure accurate information;
information to appropriate recipients as necessary;
Customer Account Representatives and BDA Review Team with follow up communications (phone calls, faxing, etc);
and communicate problems/issues immediately for rapid resolution;
confidentiality standards as defined by LTS and HIPAA;
hospice referrals and medical information retrieval (MIR), with continued follow up on any outstanding documents;
initial calls to claimants/families when a referral comes in, to introduce LTS and the assessment process;
and provide a list of community resources as requested by claimants/families;
relevant duties as assigned by manager.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma required, college degree preferred;
- Excellent typing and transcription skills;
- Computer literacy;
- Good oral and written communication skills, including knowledge of proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation;
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred;
- Organized, team oriented, polite, and adaptable to the fluctuating needs of the position.
