Henny Penny is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to start with our company in January 2018. This individual must be self-motivated with a proven track record in sales management. This role will be responsible for the sales management of a network of exclusive distributors and will be instrumental in growing our business throughout the assigned region. This role requires the RSM to lead, coach, and support the distributors in the development of regional and local chains as well as retail customers in a manner that supports our core values. This individual should have experience in working remotely and be capable of traveling both domestically and internationally. This person will report to our Sales

What you?ll be doing:
Provide sales leadership and management of an assigned group of distributors.

Support distributors through all phases of the Hunt Big Sales Process to discover, evaluate, and successfully on board new regional and local multi-unit accounts.

Ensure distributors excel in all portions of their Sales Expect as part of their Sales Agreement.

Resolve all customer and distributor concerns in a timely and efficient manner that represents the best interest of all parties.

Maintain a presence in the assigned territory that adds value and support to our customers and distributors.

Develop a set of Measurable Goals with the Sales Manager-U.S./Canada that aligns with and supports Henny Penny?s values and sales expectations.

Represent Henny Penny at various tradeshows and industry events as required.

Provide timely written communication as required that would include summaries of key customer visits, monthly reports, expenses, market, customer, or distributor activity may impact the company?s business.

What you need for this position:
Bachelor?s degree with a business or marketing focus or equivalent experience

At least five years? experience in a sales management resulting in continuous within the foodservice industry is a plus.

A strong desire to be a self-motivated results driven team player with a desire to grow personally and professionally.

Exceptional communication skills on all levels.

The ability to manage you time in an efficient prioritized manner.

Exceptional negotiating skills and be able to formulate a solid business plan.

The ability to effectively manage territory expenses, business travel arrangements, etc.

Proficient with Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Outlook.

The ability to embrace and promote change.
