Location : Specific Territory (Remote) + Travel
Requirements : 60% Travel, Required
Salary Range : $100K-115K (MAX) Base Salary + Bonus
Potential Total Comp: $160K (Commission + Bonus)
The SALES CONSULTANT PARTNER will support clients in multiple geographic regions and will be responsible for providing business and technical consultation to sales teams, prospects and customers to achieve sales goals. You will work with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Management, Product Marketing, Business Development, and Engineering to create solutions that provide immense business value. You will become intimately acquainted with customers? business requirements, technical needs, systems, environment and service history, enabling you to present and sell targeted business solutions. This role will require at least 50% travel on average (depending on region).
Responsibilities:
Drive COMPANY HI business solutions within an assigned customer account base
Demonstrate excellent technical, relationship building and sales skills in working with prospects, customers, vendors, partners and sales to ensure that optimum HI solutions are provided to customers
Develop an advanced level of technical acumen on COMPANY HI Solutions and a thorough understanding of the US Homecare Industry
Able to recognize and pair the best consultative activities that demonstrate exemplary customer partnerships by incorporating individual customer needs with appropriate HI solutions
Consult with COMPANY customers on our HI Solutions. Define business needs and propose solutions, engage implementation teams, and manage account through post implementation to ensure solution adoption and outcomes success
Perform gap analysis on the customer?s current architectures and challenges and opportunities
Specify the scope, tasks, milestones and deliverables needed in order to successfully develop outcomes
Identify new sales opportunities and call points, while maintaining current assignment levels that drive consistent productivity and outcomes
Work closely with customers, vendors, and internal SBU partners to ensure optimum HI solutions are developed and delivered
Identify industry needs and trends. Stay abreast of all customer reimbursement and profitability concerns and other HI industry initiatives that impact COMPANY?s business
Consistently collaborate with Region Managers, Corporate Account Managers and Territory Managers on all execution plans
Provide technical consultation and education to the internal teams by keeping them apprised on new product information
Achieve quarterly and annual quota targets
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in any of the following: business to business sales, Pre-Sales Engineer/Architect, Saas/Software Solutions Consultant or related experience
Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Sciences, Business or equivalent; advanced education a plus
Strong business and technical acumen to effectively design creative software/ workflow solutions to solve business problems within large enterprise organizations or within Healthcare Industry
A proven track record of outstanding sales performance (e.g., quota achievement, President?s Club, or other relevant performance awards)
A proven track record of cross-unit collaboration
Strong familiarity with SaaS offerings and selling approaches a significant plus
Previous experience in developing product demo principles and strategies
Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong customer service skills, fostering open communication to ensure efficient flow of quality information
Strong analytical and negotiating skills
Experience in the HME/DME or Medical Industry preferred
Ability to follow standard software development principles and practices
COMPUTER SKILLS Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel (above average understanding of calculation formulas), Visio and Power Point programs. Must know how to utilize the Internet. Strong knowledge of or similar CRM.
LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITY Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
