Administrative Assistant Job Opening in Uniondale, New york - We are seeking a confident, motivated and articulate ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced, corporate environment. Ideal candidates should be extremely detailed-oriented and possess exceptional follow-up skills. Candidates must be able to prioritize effectively and exhibit excellent communication and writing skills to assist our management team with a broad range of administrative issues. You will communicate via phone and email ensuring that all responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered in a timely manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Credit card reconciliations and charge back investigation and resolution
Airline and hotel bookings
Provide administrative assistance to departments of the group as and when needed, including, Finance and Operations.
Develop and maintain a filing system of all properties.
Assist the department managers by following up with vendors, getting quotations and other activities.
Maintain contact lists of all vendors, contractors, property improvement specialist etc.
Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Back up front desk and receptionist duties as needed
.
REQUIREMENTS:
Associates degree preferred
2-3 years of administrative experience in an Accounting Department
Professional demeanor
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $35,000.00 /year
