What you should know about this position . The HBO Tech provides and monitors Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy to all referred patients. The Tech prepares all patients referred for treatment. In addition, the Tech works collaboratively with all other disciplines at the center; participates in department?s quality improvement plan and assists in collecting data used for Quality Assurance & Education; documents all care provided accurately & completely according to hospital and department policy; provides Provide patient / family education to include: assessment of learning needs, abilities and readiness to learn and provision of instruction as appropriate, e.g. equipment, activities after treatment

The Person
Valid CPR Certificate from the American Heart Association
EMT Certification
Prior experience with wound care patients preferred
EMR experience helpful
Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel experience preferred
