Bookkeeper Job Opening in Estacada, Oregon - Packaging Brothers is seeking a Bookkeeper.
Packaging Brothers, LLC is a state of the art Cannabis packaging company providing innovative solutions from Harvest to Retail.
Responsibilities:
Manage Quickbooks (online) processes and insure accurate accounting data.
Reconciles accounts
General filing and office work
Enter new employees into accounting system, time keeping system, report to state, check for I-9 completion
Complete weekly payroll and file quarterly reports
Enter accounts receivables
Prepare accounts payable and print checks
Prepare and make daily bank deposits
Update Chart of Accounts and categorize expenses accurately
Prepare financial and employee reports as required by management
Assist in Purchasing and insuring inventory
Prepare daily metrics reports for management
Help create SOP for organization
Qualifications:
Two years? experience using Quickbooks (we use QBOnline)
At least one year?s experience running payroll
Great verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Ability to anticipate and complete tasks independently
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $13.00 to $15.00 /hour
